1. Planning, Organizing and Controlling the activities and actions of the HR & ADMIN department
- Implementing and revising the employee's compensation
- Creating and revising job descriptions
- Conducting annual salary surveys
- Control, analyzing and updating the department's budget
- Developing the employee's evaluation for bonus and salary annual raise
- Training year plan process control
- Overseeing recruitment including placing job ads.
- Employee relations counseling
- Maintaining and control payroll system (HRII)
- Updating the company organizational charts.
2. Development of HR & ADMIN department goals, objectives, and systems
3. Ensure that company's regulations are according to the updated labor law. (Prepare, Update and communicate to employee on policy related issues)
4. Manage and strengthen HRD, Support and advice HRD activity
5. Handle and monitoring the salary structure
6. Handle of Administration jobs
7. Support Japanese, controlling the visa & work permit to ensure that the government standard
8. Support and advice Safety, 5S, ISO 14001, IATF16949 and ISO 9001
9. Other job assigned by superior.
Quality
- 40-50 Years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher with major in Human Resource Management or related field
- Experience: At least 10 years in HR & GA jobs.
- Pleasant of leadership skill
- Skill of management and judgment
- Knowledge skill of labor law and payroll system (HRII)
- Knowledge in BOI and work permit
- Good command in English
Working : 08.00 - 17.00
Monday - Friday and 2 Sat a month
Working Location : Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya
