รายละเอียดงาน
1.Make production plan
Develop detailed production plan based on customer needs and company available resources.
2.Manage the production team
Establish and lead an efficient production team with clear responsibilities for each member. Provide training and coaching to ensure team members have the required skills and knowledge.
3.Optimize production processes.
Analyze existing production processes and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Propose and implement improvement plan to improve production efficiency and quality.
4.Monitor product quality
Implement quality management system requirements to ensure product compliance with standards and customer requirements. Cooperate with quality inspection and evaluation to deal with quality problems in time.
5.Control production costs
Analyze the composition of production costs and seek ways to reduce costs. Reasonably allocate resources, improve material utilization, and reduce waste.
6.Ensuring production safety
Develop and implement safety production regulations to ensure the safety of employees and equipment. Regularly organize safety training and drills to enhance employee safety awareness.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Min 5 years experience as a Production Manager with a minimum of 2 years in a highly regulated industry.
- Well developed verbal communication skills in Chinese/English.
- Profound knowledge and skills of implementing GMP, FSSC22000 and regulatory requirements.
