• Personnel entry, resignation, contract signing, salary increase, promotion, reward and punishment, and other personnel work.
• Capable of developing a human resource planning strategy for the company's growth strategy.
• Capable of responding to the actual needs of the company's business development, developing a solid human resource development, training, and optimization mechanism, developing, organizing, and implementing effective talent introduction and reserve strategies, and improving the company's talent reserve and cultural construction.
• Establish the company's organizational structure and post management mechanism, scientifically establish a post work analysis and manpower allocation management system, and formulate, control, analyze, and manage labor cost budgets in a reasonable and effective manner.
• Thorough understanding of the company's business operation’s needs, leading the establishment of an effective performance incentive mechanism, and fully mobilizing all employees' enthusiasm and creativity.
• Enhance the company's salary and welfare policies, as well as create a good salary incentive system.
• Create a company training system to help employees improve their job skills.
• Enhance the company's rules and regulations by standardizing and optimizing work instructions and processes.
