รายละเอียดงาน- Recruiting, conducting interviews these duties include liaising with recruitment agencies, advertising job openings, review job description with head of department, review organization chart.
- Arranging training sessions with all new hires, including planning of annual training sessions to bush up skill and knowledge for existing employees.
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork such as employee contract, code of conduct,
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop new HR policies and procedures that meet internal requirements and align with our company’s mission and values.
- Develop and maintain employee benefit programs.
- Counsel and advise employees on performance and career development including assist the line managers in the performance appraisal process, such as scheduling meetings and filling the performance appraisal forms.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll and benefits administration.
- Conduct exits interviews and gather feedback to improve retention.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and confidential information.
- Prepare supporting document for Work Permit & Visa, coordinate with BOI.
- Maintain Monthly & Yearly report with timely submission to Government. (Such as PND.1, 1ก, SSO)
- Coordinate and support the process ISO Audit.
