รายละเอียดงาน- Explore the opportunity to expand business from the assigned customer account.
- Proactively find new target customers and acquire new business.
- Maintain and develop business relationship with new/existing customers.
- Conduct regular (weekly) customer visits
- To do Sales activities, as well as related services products concerned, i.e., customs brokerage, warehouse, cross border, transportation, etc.
- Prepare, handle and submit quotation, rate, inquiries.
- Conduct internal weekly/monthly meetings for instruction new acquired business to the Operation Team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report, opportunity pipeline report, weekly planning report, sales visit report, quotation issuance and other related reports.
- Follow up with customer, i.e., shipment status, related documents, billing, claim, and other requirements.
- Monitor daily e-mails and business requirements from internal and external parties.
- Other responsibilities as per management.
