รายละเอียดงาน
- Design, implement, manage, consult, and maintain server systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Develop and manage service backup solutions to safeguard critical data and systems.
- Design and build comprehensive service monitoring systems and ensure effective monitoring of system performance.
- Provide support to application and project teams, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Document operational runbooks and provide coaching to team members as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of system issues to ensure smooth operations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of System Administrator/ programming-related experience.
- Good knowledge or experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR).
- Proficiency in server systems, VM servers, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI).
- Strong understanding of operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server. (MCSA/MCSE certifications are a plus).
- Familiarity with database systems, including MSSQL and MySQL.
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve customer problems effectively.
- Quick learner with a self-initiative mindset and a proactive attitude.
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Open-minded and adaptable to changing situations and challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused service mindset.
- Manage cloud systems, Microsoft 365 systems, and understanding of Windows Server operating systems.
