รายละเอียดงาน
1. Warehouse and Inventory Management:
- Supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and ensure product quality.
- Oversee proper product rotation, labeling, and quality inspections.
2. Logistics and Distribution:
- Manage routing and scheduling of deliveries to meet customer requirements while optimizing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
- Oversee the administration of product returns and credits in accordance with company policy.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and driver staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Hold regular safety meetings and staff training sessions to ensure compliance with safety standards.
4. Process Improvement:
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and security requirements.
5. Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies, including health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and personnel activities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial role; experience in the food distribution industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in performance management and conflict resolution.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with routing software is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
