1. Strategic planning and execution:
● Formulate and implement company strategies: formulate specific strategic plans according to the company's development goals and market needs, and ensure that these plans are effectively implemented
● Market analysis and competitive strategies: conduct market analysis, understand the situation of competitors, formulate corresponding competitive strategies, and ensure that the company remains competitive in the market
2. Team management and talent training:
● Team building and management: responsible for the establishment and management of the team,
ensuring that the responsibilities of team members are clear, and improving the overall effectiveness of the team
● Talent training and development: formulate and implement talent training plans, improve the professional skills and comprehensive quality of team members, and promote the growth of individuals and teams
3. Operation management and project promotion
● Daily operation management: responsible for the company's daily operation work

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High school education or above, familiar with office software, proficient in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing (basic English is preferred)

- Strategic planning ability: Ability to participate in or lead the formulation of project/product implementation strategies to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy
