Work Time: 8:00 - 17:00, Monday - Saturday
Reporting Line: Quality Director
Job Description:
Develop and revise quality standards: Based on enterprise needs and industry standards, develop and revise quality standards for products or services to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and customer needs.
Quality control: Monitor critical processes, collect and analyze data during production and ensure that the products produced or services provided meet quality standards.
Quality inspection and analysis: Design and conduct various testing experiments, analyze the testing results, and evaluate the reliability, performance and life of the product.
Troubleshooting and problem solving: When there are quality issues with the product, quickly identify the cause of the problem and take effective measures to solve it.
Continuous improvement: Through data analysis, identify potential problems in production, propose improvement measures, and continuously improve product quality and production efficiency.
Take part in product design: During the product design phase, work closely with R&D team to ensure that the design meets quality standards and performance requirements.
Quality Assurance Plan: Develop detailed preventive and remedy measures, communicate and coordinate with other departments to jointly develop a comprehensive quality management plan.
Field problem analysis and resolution: Responsible for analyzing field issues, proposing solutions and improvement reports, and further improving company's quality inspection and management systems and processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education: College degree or above, major in quality management or electronic technology or related fields
- Professional skills: Familiar with quality management system and quality tools, proficient in data analysis
- Work experience: 2 years or more of relevant work experience, with priority given to those with experience in the electronics industry
- Comprehensive qualities: good ability to withstand pressure, good team spirit, execution ability, and communication and coordination ability
- Language requirement: Fluent in English, with some proficiency in Chinese or Burmese preferred
