1. On-time implementation of store construction, including but not limited to site selection, design, decoration, opening and other full-process management; coordinate communication and cooperation among internal organizations to ensure timely and high-quality completion of the project;
2. Store management: responsible for formulating and executing store operation strategies, including staffing, product management, customer service, etc., to ensure operational efficiency and service quality; implement sales strategies and promotional activities to enhance store brand image and sales performance; monitor and analyze operational data, adjust operational strategies in a timely manner, and ensure the achievement of operational goals;
3. Team management and training: responsible for store operation team management and training, formulate and implement training plans, and improve the overall quality and service level of the team;
4. Market research and analysis: regularly conduct market research, analyze competitors and market trends, and provide data support and decision-making basis for store construction and operation; collect and analyze customer feedback, put forward improvement suggestions, and enhance customer experience.
