- Take care of customers who come to use the hostel to be impressed by organizing activities for customers to join in the fun all the time.
- Have a service mind.
- Participate in activities with customers regularly and publicize about the activities each day to customers and welcome customers who come to use the hostel.
- Present tour programs and activities in the hostel.
- Help the bar team and the reception.
- Help the Customer Experience Manager in doing activities to achieve the set goals.

Good understanding of tourism culture
Good command of English (able to communicate and converse)
