รายละเอียดงาน人事专员主要工作职责:
The main duties of the HR specialist:
1.员工管理:负责泰国工厂员工的入职、离职手续办理,工资核算,以及培训工作。Employee management: Responsible for the entry and departure procedures, wage accounting and training of employees in Thailand factory.
2.行政事务:协助处理泰国公司的行政事务,包括资产管理、办公用品管理、资质证件管理等。
Administrative affairs: Assist in handling the administrative affairs of Thai companies, including asset management, office supplies management, qualification document management, etc.
3.人力资源:制定并实施泰国当地的人力资源管理规章制度,监督考勤,办理员工社保业务,管理人事档案,组织员工培训活动。
Human resources: Formulate and implement local human resources management rules and regulations in Thailand, supervise attendance, handle employee social insurance business, manage personnel files, and organize employee training activities.
4.应急处理:负责应急突发事件的处理和解决。
Emergency handling: Responsible for the handling and resolution of emergency incidents.
5.员工关怀:关注员工关怀,提升员工满意度。
Employee care: Pay attention to employee care and improve employee satisfaction.
6.员工签证:其他籍国家员工入职工作签证办理。
Employee visa: Apply for visa for employees from other countries.
薪资待遇:
Salary and treatment:
1、工作时间:26天8小时工作制
Working hours: 26 days, 8 hours
2、法定福利:13天法定休假天数,入职满一年6天年休假,强制社会保险等

3、工资:25000-35000 THB
