1.In-depth analysis of the impact of local air conditioning product certification on product design,
collaborative marketing to improve the certification efficiency of regional new products （especially
RAC product）
2.Analysis Midea and competitor product in section of performance and cooperate with the HQ R&D
resources to improve
3.Insight into the trend of the AC industry in the local area, Research and understand the technical
direction of products.
4.Be project manager for develop new product follow team leader assignment
5.Are willing to long business trip in China (Head Quarter) for co-operation development
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor or above degree in Engineering with more than 4 years working experience in Local area, working experience in major local air conditioning development is must.
- Have working experience in Air conditioner product PCB hardware or electrical component design is must.
- Must be proficient in the local language and English.
- Able to communicate in Chinese language (Mandarin) is advantage
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skill, decision-making, problem-solving skill and good project management skill
- Thorough technical grounding, strong communication skills, as a bridge at home and abroad for technical development and basically communication. Bear hardships and stand hard work and identify with the culture of Midea.
