Key Responsibilities:
1.Regulatory Compliance:
oEnsure the organization meets all applicable food safety, health, and environmental regulations, including FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, and HACCP standards.
oStay up to date with evolving laws and regulations and update company practices and policies accordingly.
oAct as the primary point of contact for regulatory audits and inspections.
2.Food Safety Management:
oOversee and maintain food safety programs, including HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, and other risk management initiatives.
oConduct internal audits to identify non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
oTrain staff on plant safety protocols, hygiene practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
3.Health and Safety Oversight:
oDevelop and implement workplace health and safety programs to ensure employee well-being and prevent workplace injuries.
oPerform regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
oLead investigations into incidents, accidents, or non-compliance issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.
4.Environmental Management:
oMonitor and manage the company’s environmental impact, including waste management, energy usage, and sustainability initiatives.
oDevelop strategies to minimize environmental risks and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
5.Training and Development:
oConduct compliance training sessions for staff at all levels, emphasizing a culture of safety and accountability.
oPrepare educational materials and guidelines related to SHE policies.
6.Documentation and Reporting:
oMaintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and inspections.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- •Education: Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health and Safety, Food Science, or a related field.
- •Experience: 5+ years of experience in food safety, health, and environmental compliance within the food manufacturing or processing industry.
- •Certification in relevant fields (e.g., Certified Safety Professional (CSP), HACCP Certification) is highly desirable.
- •Proven experience managing regulatory audits and inspections.
- •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- •Excellent English and Thai communication and leadership abilities
