•Prepare and manage documents such as quotations, invoices, receipts, and contracts.
•Maintain customer relationships, address inquiries, and coordinate with the maintenance team as needed.
•Respond to service inquiries via phone, email, and Line OA.
•Greet visitors and guide them through rental properties.
•Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
•Maintain and update customer and project databases.
•Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
