รายละเอียดงาน•Conduct routine risk analysis and assessment for factories or related vendors follow the profound social compliance audit standards
•Organize audits at factories with external parties, keep track of reports, prepare & implement corrective action plans
•Ensure suppliers implemented the CAPS and met the relevant customers’ audit standards
•Communicate with vendors regularly on Company policy and ensure suppliers comply with those requirements
•Communicate with external customers regarding compliance related topics
•Prepares compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information
•Document remediation progress at the factory considering the need to reference and search in an efficient manner
•Organize social audit training for internal customers and suppliers to ensure they are updated on the standards
•Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager
Working Day : Mon - Fri
Working Time : 09.00 - 18.00
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Higher Diploma or above from Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent
- At least 10 years of Social Compliance Audit experience in Housewares or Home Cleaning industry
- Experience in communicating with external customers is necessary
- Knowledge of CTPAT and different USA retailers’ social audit programs
- Well-organized, detailed-minded, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proactive, quick response and eager to learn
- Great communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Good command of both written and oral English. Knowing Mandarin is a BIG Plus
- Home Office based and willing to travel ASEAN frequently
- Less experienced applicants will be considered as Assistant Compliance Manager (please state during application)
