1.Handle Requests for Quotation (RFQ) from clients.
2.Prepare and send quotations, ensuring all technical and pricing information is accurate and tailored to customer needs.
3.Follow up on RFQ submissions and respond to any queries promptly.
New Customer Development:
1.Identify and generate new business opportunities in target markets.
2.Actively prospect for new customers through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and referrals.
3.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Existing Customer Maintenance:
1.Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
2.Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide solutions for new needs.
3.Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with the team to improve services and products.
Collaboration with Front-End and Customers:
1.Work closely with the Front-End team to ensure seamless communication and understanding of customer requirements.
2.Serve as the main point of contact for customers to understand their needs and provide relevant technical solutions.
3.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Demand Forecasting:
1.Analyze customer requirements and forecast product demand to help plan production or inventory needs.
2.Ensure demand forecasts are aligned with the sales plan and adjusted as necessary.
Customer Visits and Meetings:
1.Visit customers regularly to maintain relationships, understand their needs, and offer technical support.
2.Organize customer meetings, presentations, and product demos to enhance sales opportunities.
A/R and Shipping Schedule Management:
1.Oversee accounts receivable (A/R) processes, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
2.Coordinate shipping schedules with logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
3.Keep customers informed on the status of their orders and shipping details.
