- Recruit and select employees, check and store employee history documents, employment contracts, related documents
- Prepare probationary assessments, monthly and annual performance assessments, and collect assessment results (KPI)
- Prepare monthly absence, leave, and lateness summaries and calculate salaries for employees
- Prepare announcements, work regulations, and various company rules
- Prepare reports on purchases of company supplies and equipment
- Take care of preparing documents for visa and work permit applications for foreigners
- Prepare and submit income tax, social security, and related tasks
- Other assigned tasks
