•Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. •Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitor performance and evaluations. •Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performing feedback. •Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. •Preparation of presentation materials using appropriate technology/software for weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to identify areas of improvement and/or implement corrective actions. •Ensure compliance with all local, state, and international regulations related to logistics, transportation, and supply chain management. •Conduct and control leaves of absence within team members.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Thai nationality, gender equally basis, age 35 - 40 years old.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  3. English and Thai are the working languages of the company.
  4. Proven a minimum of 10 years of experience in Logistics Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role within the logistics or supply chain industry area, is required.
  5. Strong knowledge of logistic protocols, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
  6. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  7. Proficiency in using logistics and inventory management software and tools.
  8. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize operations and address challenges effectively.
  9. Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with internal departments, agents, and clients.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
  11. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to logistics and supply chain management.
  12. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in operations.
  13. A proactive approach with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
