Schedule Management: Assist in organizing and planning meetings, appointments, and other important activities. Ensure timely reminders and coordination of schedules.
Coordination: Liaise with internal and external contacts, manage phone calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the executive or manager.
Document Management: Handle and organize important documents, such as reports, presentations, and scanned materials. Ensure proper storage and easy retrieval.
Travel Management: Arrange and coordinate travel logistics including booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related arrangements. Prepare necessary travel documents and itineraries.
General Support: Provide assistance with additional tasks as required, such as preparing meeting materials, conducting research, or managing confidential information.
Personal Assistance: Help with personal matters as needed, including organizing events, managing personal errands, and providing general assistance to improve the individual’s daily operations.
Handle daily administrative tasks, and coordinate with other departments for smooth processing of administrative procedures
Other tasks as assigned
