รายละเอียดงาน
1.Lead the development of new packaging designs and technologies that align with company goals and consumer preferences.
2.Oversee the entire packaging development process, from initial concept through the final production.
3.Support technical analysis, evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of packaging materials.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and supply chain to ensure packaging meets all requirement and standard.
5.Conduct research on packaging materials, trends, and sustainability practices to implement innovative solutions.
6.Manage relationships with external packaging suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
7.Ensure all packaging complies with industry regulations and global standards.
8.Mentor and develop junior members of the packaging team.
9.Develop a Work Instruction (WI) for product packaging and provide training to employees.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent technical discipline is required. (Age not over 28 years))
- 1-2 year experience on packaging development, preferably within the beverage industry
- Proven experience in managing packaging projects.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and sustainability practices.
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Strong problem solving and facilitation skill.
- Able to use Auto CAD, Solid Work,Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
