- Identifying and developing relationships with prospective clients in the construction and renovation industry. - Presenting and demonstrating the features and benefits of our products and services. - Understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions. - Preparing and delivering technical presentations to explain our products and services. - Collaborating with the technical and quality control teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Negotiating contracts and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets. - Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technical developments.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
  2. 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related role within the construction or renovation industry.
  3. Strong technical understanding of engineering concepts and the ability to translate them into client-friendly terms.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
  7. Good in English (Reading and Writing)
