- Conduct on-site visits to diagnose alarm-related problems, analyze root causes, and perform necessary repairs.
- Perform on-site installations, calibrations, and adjustments (fixing) for testing equipment.
- Respond to customer and distributor inquiries, providing technical support across both domestic and ASEAN/Oceania regions.
- Participate in overseas business trips to locations such as New Zealand, Australia, and other parts of Asia.
- Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
