รายละเอียดงาน1. Daily Administrative Affairs
•Responsible for coordinating and executing daily administrative tasks for the company, including office supplies procurement and management, fixed asset registration and maintenance.
•Maintain the office environment and ensure the normal operation of office equipment and facilities.
2. Document and Contract Management
•Responsible for organizing, filing, and safeguarding various administrative documents, contracts, and records of the company.
•Draft administrative documents, notices, reports, and other related materials.
3. Meeting and Event Organization
•Responsible for the preparation and organization of company meetings, including conference room arrangements, materials preparation, and meeting minutes.
•Organize and plan the company’s annual meetings, employee activities, holiday celebrations, and other team-building activities.
4. External Liaison
•Handle communication and coordination with government departments, industry associations, and other external organizations.
•Deal with the company’s qualification approvals, annual inspections, and other external affairs
Comprehensive Management
1. Implementation of Rules and Regulations
•Assist in formulating and optimizing the company’s administrative management system and supervise its implementation.
•Track the implementation of systems to ensure internal management is standardized and organized.
2. Budget and Expense Control
•Prepare the administrative expense budget, control administrative costs, and review reimbursement requests related to administrative expenses.
•Assist the finance department in analyzing and optimizing administrative spending.
3. Vehicle and Logistics Management
•Responsible for managing the scheduling and maintenance of the company’s official vehicles.
Human Resources Support
1. Assist with employee attendance, onboarding and offboarding procedures, and personnel file management. 2. Assist with employee training, performance evaluations, and other general management tasks.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Lunch break: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM), weekends off
