•Achieve the sales targets according to time plan.
•Expand the market coverage with necessary sales activities.
•Being expertise in truck product knowledge and soft product knowledge to offer the right truck and soft products to the customers.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customer to build up customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
•Manage and maintain effective working relationships with both new and existing customers.
•Actively prospect for new business, with both existing and new customers.
•Utilize and work effectively with Salesforce system to plan and manage direct sales activities and priorities.
•Plan, prepare and participate in effective customer meetings and gain customer attention.
•Identify customer needs and requirements through active listening and questioning.
•Sell customer benefits for truck products and services.
•Provide financially sound proposals to meet customer requirements.
•Handle negotiation and closing techniques.
•Liaise with relevant parties to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and lead time is kept to a minimum.
•Ensure the vehicle handover process is planned efficiently.
•Manage cost and credit control to maximize the opportunity to grow profit.
•Create sales report by using the company tool and system.
