⦁ Conduct initial exit interviews and check employee assets
⦁ Summarize monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and performance reports
⦁ Prepare and participate in annual and other activities with government and private sectors
⦁ Support and prepare safety and environmental activities
⦁ Plan and supervise internships
⦁ Communicate and coordinate with various departments within the organization
⦁ Participate in training and quality system activities, and report performance, issues, and efficiency to General manager
