-Plan and manage project execution work, ensure that contractors install the equipment safely, to specification, on time, within scope, and on-budget. -Manage risks, anticipate outcomes, and solve problems before they occur. -Understand, lead, and enforce contractor safety requirements. -Follow all safety procedures and supervise contractors on safety regulations within the production facility. Achieve a zero OSHA recordable work environment for all associated installations. -Thoroughly understand facilities and equipment technical details, drawings, specs, installation instructions, and performance metrics. -Check key deliverables such as scope of supply, quality, workmanship, and functionality to ensure that systems are ready for use. -Effectively manage daily communications between the contractor, plant personnel, customer engineers, OEM engineers, and others to coordinate work and resolve issues. -Write progress reports and issue meeting notes. -Understand the contract documents, budget estimate, job scope, bid packages, and schedule. Measure progress and approve contractor invoices and change requests. -Inspect and receive new parts and equipment. -Participate in the process sign-off for the equipment and manage punch lists. -Assist with maintenance and operator training as needed. -Collect and maintain “as-built” design information. -Organize drawings and release files. Perform actions as directed in Engineering Releases. Report any design issues to the Construction Manager (or Site Project Leader) or other Engineers for evaluation and correction. -Provide engineering support of Mechanical part during installation of equipment. Identify problems, provide, or recommend solutions, and coordinate with GY Global Engineering as required. Insure communication between the manufacturing facility and GY Global Engineering.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a technical degree with proficient experience managing industrial projects.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of capital project experience involving the mechanical engineering, or equipment setting and connection of new process equipment.
  3. Familiarity with the requirements for setting and alignment of medium to heavy manufacturing equipment.
  4. Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  5. Capital budgeting and forecasting experience.
  6. Familiarity with Gantt chart scheduling and software, as well as identification and mitigation of schedule risks.
  7. Experience and ability to plan and coordinate contractor activities and assess the quality of their work.
  8. Ability to plan, lead, organize and communicate (written and verbal) with the Project Team, this includes the Owner, Architect, Engineer, Subcontractor, Supplier, Public Officials, Company Employees, and any other entity associated with the project.
  9. Good understanding of safe industrial work practices (control of hazardous energy, PPE, hot work, high work, permitting, etc.).
  10. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
  11. Proficiency with AutoCAD 2D/3D drafting software preferred.
  12. Proficiency with MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Project, AutoCAD
  13. Ability to motivate and gain the respect and cooperation of others.
  14. Able to demonstrate effective teamwork, maintain a professional demeanor, and foster positive relationships inside and outside the team.
  15. English speaking and writing proficiency strongly preferred.
