-Manage and supervise the orderliness of the entire office building area and coordinate with relevant departments regarding maintenance.
-Coordinate and support various activities organized by the company.
-Proceed with the notification, apply for insurance/renew the policy/claim insurance
-Contact regarding procurement
-Coordinate the receipt and payment of various expenses of the administrative department.
-Contact and coordinate matters regarding the company's central car service and company activities.
