-Track and manage after-sales orders, including cancellations and returns. Maintain and update the monthly after-sales order management spreadsheet. And handle cases of lost packages or other issues by liaising with platforms to request compensation for losses.

-Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team.
-Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and provide feedback for process improvements.
4. Product Knowledge:
-Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and promotions.
-Offer recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
5. Customer Satisfaction:
-Monitor customer feedback and reviews to ensure a positive shopping experience.
-Collaborate with other teams to improve overall service delivery and address common concerns.
