-Set up and manage the Chiang Mai Telesales Center.
-Oversee the establishment of infrastructure, recruitment, and onboarding of team members; providing coaching, training, and support as needed.
-Develop and implement telesales strategies and processes to increase sales and revenue.
-Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
-Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align telesales activities with overall business objectives.
-Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
-Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
-Ensure that all telesales activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
-Manage and optimize telesales technology, such as CRM and Leads.
-Develop and manage the telesales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
-Drive and motivate supervisor and sales to achieve monthly sales KPI.
-Contribute in telesales representative acquisition and call centre expansion.
-Manage and optimize leads allocation and consumption.
