Central London Thai massage spa seeks full-time manager
We are a busy Thai massage boutique based in the heart of London, UK. We are looking for an experienced professional manager to manage the salon. You will be joining a cheerful and positive team with a passion for providing 5-star service to our loyal customers. You should be an energetic team worker, reliable, polite, neat and friendly, with a good sense of humour and a love of Thai culture and food!
We will sponsor your visa to the UK, which will be a multi-year "Skilled Worker Visa".
In your role you will:
- Open the salon in the morning
- Accept, schedule, manage and confirm bookings
- Manage the roster of working massage therapists
- Accept deliveries and manage the stock of consumables
- Manage the general tidiness of the salon, and launder the used towels and sheets
- Welcome and greet customers, handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Close the salon in the evening and complete the daily accounts and cash reconciliation
Pay and benefits:
Annual salary of over £38,700, paid monthly
Discretionary performance-linked bonus
The shop is open from 11am until 9pm (weekdays) and 11am-8pm (weekends). You will be expected to work at least one weekend day each week

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Fluency in Thai and excellent English is required
- Experience in customer-facing / customer service roles, ideally in a hotel or luxury spa
- A working knowledge of Thai massage would be helpful but not essential
