1. Conduct Requirements Gathering: Lead team to collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and requirements by conducting workshops and interviews to gather information. Moreover, able to consult end to end operational business process is required. Mainly on Hire purchase business and internal e-document & workflow process.
2. High-level Solution Design and System architecture design to support business requirement include complaisance requirement on K2 Five enterprise, API interface with internal or 3rd party, and related solutions such as mobile application, web application and internal legacy systems.
3. Managing and control team resource and budgeting to fulfill day-to-day operation, system stability and implementation projects including vendor sourcing, bidding and project management.
4. Conduct implement/enhancement on K2 Five enterprise project or internal/external projects which related to
4.1 Leasing Business e.g. Hire Purchase System, Personal loan which included bidding process on Vendor selection and control vendor to delivered on committed timeline.
4.2 Insurance business e.g. Underwriting, endorsement, claim, Finance & Accounting, and Broker support.
4.3 Internal e-document & workflow process e.g. Memo, PR/PO process control by LOA.
5. Oversee and control team to operation K2 Five enterprise system and response systems; System Monitoring, System Configuration, Data Migration, Development, Testing and Training, Deployment and Support and Troubleshooting.
6. Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with the latest features and functionalities of current solutions, leasing and internal e-document & workflow, for business process improvement and reduce team workload
