Key Responsibilities:
•Sales Support:
oAssist the sales team with processing and tracking customer orders, quotes, and invoices.
oPrepare and maintain accurate sales report, documents, contracts, and agreements.
oCoordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
oHandle customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person and provide product and service information.
oSupport the sales team in maintaining and analysing client accounts, including updates to records and order tracking.
•Administrative Duties:
oMaintain and update in the system with accurate customer and sales data.
oGenerate sales reports and assist to prepare and update sales presentation materials.
oManage inventory of sales materials, such as brochures, samples, and product information.
oAssist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, events, and exhibitions.
•Customer Relations:
oBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any issues or complaints promptly.
oGather and respond to customer feedback to improve our service and products.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related industrial field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, sales administration, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Thai and English.
- Mature and reliable work ethic, demonstrated by professionalism, accountability, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and dependable with a strong commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
