● Lead and manage a team of telesales agents and lead screening agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
● Develop and implement telesales strategies to maximize revenue and sales conversions on digital partnership product and classified products
● Monitor team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
● Analyze related data like ads performance, sales scripts, sales operation process and prepare regular reports for senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align telesales efforts with promotional activities and campaigns.
● Develop training programs to enhance the team’s skills in customer communication, negotiation, and sales techniques.
● Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
● Maintain and update telesales scripts and ensure all team members adhere to them.
Business strategies
● Define the category strategies and set performance targets, with a focus on a few key strategic categories at first.
● Be responsible for defining and maintaining the overall category tree of the Kaideemarketplace, Property including relevant attributes and filters to provide the best experience for our buyers and sellers with the aim of developing an understanding of how category traffic and engagement in one part of the marketplace and property can lead to the growth of another
● Work with product teams across squads to ensure that the needs of the category are being addressed in future roadmaps
