รายละเอียดงาน岗位职责
1、负责收发货联络通知(包括但不限于以下方面):
1.1到货通知仓库。
1.2与拖车行确认装柜时间。
1.3将装柜的车辆信息发给仓库并跟进装柜情况。
1.4负责与货代确认收货时间。
2、装柜通知、验货通知等文件的制作。
3、负责会议的准备工作。
4、公司内部各种订单文件的发放、登记、回收、整理。
5、完成上级领导交给的其他工作任务。
任职资格
1、大专以上学历,熟悉操作各类办公软件。
2、具备良好的英语和泰语读写和口语能力。
3、具备较好的沟通、协调及执行能力,工作踏实认真、人品端正、责任心强。
4、优秀应届毕业生也可。
Business Assistant (Clerk) Language Requirement: English and Thai
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for contacting and notifying the delivery and receipt of goods (including but not limited to the following aspects):
1.1 Notify the warehouse of the arrival of goods.
1.2 Confirm the loading time with the trailer company.
1.3 Send the vehicle information for loading to the warehouse and follow up on the loading situation.
1.4 Responsible for confirming the receipt time with the freight forwarder.
2.Preparation of documents such as loading notifications and inspection notifications.
3.Responsible for the preparation of meetings.
4.Distribution, registration, collection, and organization of various order documents within the company.
5.Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
Qualifications:
1.Diploma or above, proficient in operating various office software.
2.Good English and Thai reading, writing, and speaking skills.
3.Good communication, coordination, and execution abilities, with a serious and responsible work attitude, upright character, and strong sense of responsibility.
