Type of Contract: Full-time employment position (3 years contract with possibility to extend) Department: Production Team. Dao Ethical Gifts, Social Enterprise Expected Start Date: Jan or Feb 2025 PRODUCTION COORDINATION 1. Orders fulfillment - Coordinate and create product prototypes and mock-up - Establish and maintain a list of product samples and descriptions - Sources and purchase appropriate materials - Creates or adjusts a comprehensive Cost of Production - Coordinate and oversees Product Training - Outreach producers and coordinate producers workload - Coordinates and ensure rigorous quality control measures - Coordinate orders packing process and shipping process 2. Planning/Producers management and procurement - Coordinate administrative and logistical aspects - Keep track on administrative documents needs - Oversee and coordinate producers workload - Outreach new secondary layers producers 3. Supplier/ Stock and Inventory Management - Proactively build a network of reliable fabric suppliers, and explore opportunities - Coordinated and Ensure Inventory management - Facilitate product training initiatives - Ensures quality checks 4. Sewing and handcrafting Training officer - Training to fulfill the order for the women - Collaborate with the WEP Team for outsourcing new Secondary Layer producers and to Ensure Home-based production thanks to workstation installation and training COORDINATION BETWEEN DAO ETHICAL GIFTS AND BANN DEK FOUNDATION COMPLEMENTARY SUPPORT: 1. Promoting a constructive and productive working environment 2. Assisting representation of DaoEG upon request 3. Supporting the management team in day-to-day missions and activities. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Studies: Bachelor’s degree in production management, social administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Working knowledge: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, production software, inventory software, production management
  3. Professional experience in production and project management (min. 1-2 years of experience)
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
  7. Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
  8. Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  9. Passion for sustainability and ethical production.
  10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  11. Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving production needs.
  12. Language requirements: Fluent in Thai and Good command of written and spoken English.
