Job scope
- Handle administrative tasks, including application procedures, reimbursement/travel expense reports, and invoice recording (local, affiliates, and international).
- Manage office supplies and pantry inventory, ensuring timely procurement and stock availability.
- Coordinate and prepare documents for AIS, TOT, CAT, DTAC, property insurance (AIG), and public liability insurance (ThaiSri).
- Oversee car management, including plate registration, maintenance, insurance, and monitoring vehicles.
- Manage ERP system tasks, such as creating purchase requisitions, recording small purchases, and maintaining original project documents.
- Coordinate receptionist duties (phone, visitors, and car stamps) and handle meeting room arrangements.
- Organize shipments for overseas deliveries via courier services (TNT, FedEx, DHL) and liaise with vendors (e.g., Rentokil).
- Ensure efficient communication and coordination with external parties like Singha Estate and internal departments.
Working date/time: Mon – Sat (08:00 am. – 17:00 pm.) - Sat need to standby
