We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant to support Samvel Airapetian in managing both personal and business-related responsibilities. The role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, discretion, and a strong ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Support:
1.Administrative Tasks:
•Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
•Organize and maintain files, documents, and correspondence.
•Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as needed.
2.Project Coordination:
•Assist in managing logistics and communication for the company’s import and distribution operations.
•Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and retail networks in Thailand.
•Support marketing, FDA certification, and partner relationship tasks.
3.Communication Management:
•Act as a point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and clients.
•Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly.
4.Operational Support:
•Oversee stock updates and monitor product availability on shelves.
•Coordinate with warehouses and handle shipment schedules.
•Assist with financial tracking and reporting.
Personal Support:
1.Manage personal tasks, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2.Assist in organizing family and household-related activities.
3.Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion.
