Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and TIS, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 requirements.
•Oversee the inspection of incoming raw materials, ensuring compliance with specifications.
•Monitor and control quality throughout the production process (extrusion, anodizing, powder coating), including in-process inspections and statistical process control (SPC).
•Conduct final inspections of finished products (mill finish, anodized, and powder coated) to ensure adherence to quality standards.
•Manage and analyze quality data (NCRs, CAPAs, 8D reports) to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.
•Develop and improve inspection methods, tools, and equipment, including calibration management.
•Maintain accurate quality records and documentation (quality manuals, work instructions, SOPs, inspection reports) in accordance with TIS, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 requirements.
•Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (production, sales, customers, suppliers, and certification bodies).
•Lead and develop the QA team through training and performance management.
•Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system and propose improvements.
•Maintain and ensure compliance with TIS, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 standards, preparing for audits.
•Manage the QA department budget.
•Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective action requests (CARs).
•Manage document control and change management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female, aged 43 and above.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Metallurgical, Industrial, Materials) or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in quality control or assurance in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the aluminum or metal industry, with experience in anodizing and powder coating processes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum extrusion, anodizing, and powder coating processes, including metallurgy.
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and TIS standards, including core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
- Proficiency in quality inspection techniques (visual inspection, dimensional measurement, mechanical testing, chemical testing, NDT).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including root cause analysis (RCA) techniques.
- Excellent team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, data analysis software such as Minitab).
- Good command of English (preferred).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, strong leadership skills, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
