The Infrastructure Support Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability and efficiency of servers, networks, and cloud systems. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with IT teams and end-users within the organization.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 0-3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Technical Support
  3. Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall) and network troubleshooting.
  4. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  5. Good written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
  6. Strong business knowledge, Positive attitude and excellent team player
  7. Strong working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project Management)
  8. Excellent in conflict management
