Key Responsibilities: Building Maintenance: • Perform regular inspections of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems. Identify and address issues or malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime. • Conduct preventative maintenance to prolong the life of equipment and systems. Repairs and Troubleshooting: • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Respond to emergency situations, such as power outages, leaks, or system failures. Energy Management: • Monitor and optimize energy consumption to improve building efficiency. • Recommend upgrades or adjustments to reduce energy costs and environmental impact. Compliance and Safety: • Ensure all building systems comply with local, state, and federal regulations. • Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs. • Collaborate with safety personnel to conduct drills and maintain fire and life safety systems. Project Management: •Coordinate with contractors and vendors for building renovations or major repairs. •Supervise and manage on-site construction or improvement projects. Tenant Relations: •Address tenant complaints and concerns related to building systems. •Provide clear communication regarding maintenance schedules or disruptions.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Maintenance, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing licenses).
Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and energy management tools.
