We are looking for a Creative and Strategic Marketing Specialist with a passion for joining our team. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with strategic thinking to develop marketing campaigns that promote our products, build brand loyalty, and drive business growth. You will play a key role in crafting engaging content, identifying market trends, and implementing strategies to reach and connect with customers. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with brand goals, enhancing brand awareness and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities • Plan and implement community strategies for the ipopi brand and new product launches. • Manage and grow community groups on social media platforms. • Co-campaign & Collaborate with other brand to enhancing brand awareness and customer engagement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts. • Build and nurture relationships with fans to enhance brand and product awareness. • Conduct qualitative and quantitative surveys to support new product launches. • Engage with gaming communities through marketing activities and positive word-of-mouth initiatives. Requirements • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an agency or consumer brand setting (fresh graduates with strong marketing communication experience are also welcome to apply). • Experience with international brands is a plus. • Strong background in online brand operations. • Bachelor's/College Degree preferred. • Extensive experience in community management or campaign/activity execution.
