Ensure sufficient trucks are available to meet daily needs, and book trucks with transport providers. Control truck availability and ensure timely and accurate operations. Oversee the loading of goods efficiently, minimizing errors to avoid customer complaints and claims.
Coordination:
Coordinate with the First Mile [Shuttle] and Last mile. Work with relevant teams to resolve product claims caused by the transport provider or the Checker team. Collaborate with teams to address issues arising during transportation, such as delays, damage, or loss of goods, and manage emergency situations.
Team Management:
Manage and supervise employees, including transport drivers, to ensure efficient and accurate work. Resolve problems during the transportation process and coordinate with teams to handle urgent issues.
Reporting and Quality Control:
Prepare daily/monthly reports on transportation and Checker performance (KPI). Represent the department in operations-related matters such as safety, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
