รายละเอียดงาน• Work in Sales Team and collaborate with relevant departments within the organization to develop business in Thailand.
• Look for prospective customers. Expand customer base.
• Create or find new sales channels. Plan the budget and control the budget within the specified criteria.
• Create awareness of the product among target customers.
• Research for market information, such as evaluating competitors, learning customer behavior, market demand etc.
• Build and manage good relationships with customers. By good communication and interaction to build trust with customers.
• Contact and coordinate Customer needs and partners/manufacturers Both in Thailand and overseas.
• Develop and maintain a sales system. To be effective so that products or services can be presented, sold quickly and with returns.
• Participate in regular sales meetings.
• Coordinate and solve customer-related problems with relevant departments to ensure that work can be delivered on time to customer specifications.
• Provision customer’s forecast.
• Consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding weekly and monthly action summaries to measure sales result.
• Team management and develop the team to have more skills according to the needs of the organization.
• Responsible for various tasks assigned to achieve the organization's goals.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Male or Female, Age not over 50, THAI nationality ONLY.
- Master degree / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Economic or others.
- Experience working in sales/marketing management for trading business 5-10 years.
- Experience working in sales with Automotive industry is a must.
- Good command of English and Japanese
- Good personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office is a must (advance Excel will be a plus).
- Excellent at communication, presentations and negotiations.
- Project management skill is a plus.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to work independently with self-confidence.
- Able to manage team of sales & marketing with target to achieve.
- Understanding of international trade and trade agreements.
