รายละเอียดงาน1.Receiving order
- Receive the customer-ordered confirmation and reply with the acknowledgment to the customer
- Examine & compare the details between the customer-ordered confirmation and quotation.
- Record the ordering, check stock & reserve the parts.
2. Procurement
- Procure the parts and external service/repairing as requested. (Re-order stock, offering, support engineer/technician works, etc.)
- Process procuring both locally and overseas
- Compare specification for parts and collect data
- Prepare the supplier database and process the evaluation following the purchasing procedure.
3. Purchasing requisition
- Issue purchasing requisition and process approval.
- Forward the purchasing requisition to purchasing. Collaboration and following-up ordering.
- Check and inspect goods that are being received, then process goods into stock.
- Collect, record and summarize the purchasing order of project/overhaul work.
4. External services tasks
- Involve and process until finished for the customer requesting some service such as repairing part/ sharpening blade, etc. and process return to
5. Service Contact Center
- Response to the service contact center (Line@ and Hotline).
Be an admin team for Line@. And a response to announce the company’s special holiday
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Thai Nationality
- Female /Male
- Age between 23-30 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience of 2-4 years in procurement for machine parts.
- Experience in engineering, maintenance, and after-sales service whoever processes the procurement and purchasing process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have good procurement skills, and understanding of the purchasing process, import- export.
- Good understanding of the Quotation process and purchasing requisition.
- Know engineering technical such as mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and refrigeration.
- Know the spare parts in technical and compare & choose the proper specifications as required.
- Have good English skills for communication and can translate between English/Thai.
- Good reporting skills and good computer skills such as MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
- Have good communication and collaboration skills.
- Have negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Have good analytic & systematic thinking, decision-making & problem solving.
- Have good skills for operating the Service F1, Express, ECOUNT, Line Official.
- Understanding the delivery process and inventory control.
- Good skills in summarizing and analyzing project costs. Good understanding of ISO9001.
