Responsible for achieving sales goals for all product lines in the sales region.
Training sales force, and evaluating prospective and current competitiveness and general of territory
Responsible for recruiting all levels of account executives, tracking key accounts, holding sales meetings, and provide a positive working atmosphere
Work with customers to solve a sales related customer complaint, assist with sales presentations and proposals, and ensuring that all company standards are met.
Visiting customers regularly to promote and sell products
Maximizing revenue and limiting expense
Originate and implement sales procedures, programs, plans, budgets, objective and customer relations program
Other task assigned by general manager
