1.Translate and create content in Thai and English, including product information and marketing materials.
2.Manage language-related tasks, general information, and content for websites, blogs, and social media.
3.Support internet marketing efforts and online customer engagement.
4.Provide customer service via email, chat, phone, and social media to international clients.
5.Assist with inquiries regarding products, orders, shipping, and return policies.
6.Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to resolve delivery, refund, and payment issues.
7.Maintain and update customer records and inquiries in company databases.
8.Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews to uphold brand reputation.
9.Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts for effective communication.
10.Organize meetings with customers and perform other assigned tasks as needed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age: 22 years and above.
- Gender: Female.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in English, Linguistics, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English in writing, reading, speaking, and listening
- Certifications: TOEIC score of 700+ / TOEFL (PBT) 550+ / TOEFL (iBT) 80+ / IELTS 6.5+.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Strong patience and a positive attitude towards work.
- Passion for writing with the ability to create fresh and engaging content.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
