•Establish and maintain good relationships with local Thai suppliers;
•Communicate with suppliers on a daily basis, including requirement clarification, price inquiries, and negotiations;
•Assist in evaluating suppliers’ qualifications, service capabilities, and business terms to ensure compliance with company requirements;
•Handle supplier registration, including collecting necessary documents, reviewing qualifications, and assisting suppliers in completing the registration process;
•Follow up on supplier delivery status and resolve related issues promptly.
2. Procurement and Order Processing
•Collect and organize supplier quotations based on procurement needs, and provide analysis and suggestions;
•Complete material code applications, generate purchase orders, and perform related operations in the company system;
•Ensure the accuracy and compliance of purchase orders and track order execution;
•Prepare and submit procurement reports and maintain relevant records regularly.
3. Data and Report Management
•Compile and update procurement-related reports to ensure data timeliness and accuracy;
•Analyze procurement costs and supplier performance to provide recommendations to management;
•Assist in preparing procurement budgets and controlling costs.
4. Supplier Resource Development
•Assist in developing new local supplier resources in Thailand and improving the supplier database;
•Research market trends and dynamics to identify competitive suppliers;
•Participate in supplier evaluations and provide recommendations.
5. Collaboration and Support
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes;
•Support administrative tasks related to procurement and other assignments from supervisors.
