รายละเอียดงาน
Purpose:
Perform inspections, check, test and sampling procedures of incoming materials, parts and components used in the manufacture, partially assembled of finished products. Perform review records for release of finished goods.
Principal Accountabilities:
-Perform inspections of incoming materials, subassemblies or finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, reject and returning unacceptable materials.
-Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise.
-Work with production management and quality assurance to provide feedback to assemblers regarding accuracy of assembly procedures.
-Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal
-Other duties assigned by QA/QC Engineer/Manager or Management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Secondary to Diploma or higher in related fields.
- Minimum 2 year manufacturing or industrial experience in QC inspection function or related field.
- Experience and/or background in automotive, electronics, equipment operations or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of measurement instruments
- Able to allocate jobs and overtime for workers to meet day-to-day operation.
- Good attitude, self-motivated, hardworking, fair work under pressure / Fair communicator.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and preference IATF 16949.
- General proficiency of computer skills.
