รายละเอียดงาน
1. Plan, control, and monitor product quality in the production process to meet established standards. 2. Manage and review quality system documents, such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. 3. Analyze and resolve product quality issues, including implementing process improvements. 4. Oversee and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as defect rates, customer satisfaction, and complaint reduction. 5. Coordinate with various departments, such as production, engineering, and customers, to address quality issues. 6. Handle customer complaints and develop plans for future problem prevention. 7. Monitor and report quality performance, preparing summary reports for management. 8. Lead the QA team in inspections during initial, in-process, and final stages of production. 9. Support internal audits and external assessments from third-party agencies.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in QA or QC within the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
  3. Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other related standards.
  4. Experience in monitoring and analyzing quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Proficiency in quality tools such as 5Why, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, APQP, MSA, SPC, PPAP and relevant certifications.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective planning abilities.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
  8. Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  9. Detail-oriented with strong report-writing skills.
  10. Able to work under pressure and manage tasks effectively.
  11. Excellent team management and teamwork skills.
